On 25 March 2014, American provider of back-office and outsourced services Convergys Corporation announced that it is to create 250 jobs at its new customer contact center in Lublin by the end of 2014. First 50 jobs will be created in May 2014. The company has started recruiting; Convergys is looking for people with foreign language skills (advanced German). The company will provide special training to the newly employed staff.
Convergys Corporation provides a wide range of customer management solutions. The company employs approx. 125,000 people in 150 service centers located in 31 countries around the world. The company has been operating in Poland since 2005 and it has a customer contact center in Szczecin.
