European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
US automotive supplier Delphi Automative Systems Poland has announced the creation of 100 jobs at its new research and development centre in Ostrów Wielkopolski. The centre will be operational in the second quarter of 2014 and will work on improving the automotive technologies. The company is to invest PLN 24 million.
In Poland, Delphi Automotive employs over 4,000 people in four factories and two technical centres.
The ERM reported on other instances of restructurings at the company in 2009, 2008, 2006(a), 2006(b), 2006(c) and 2004.
