Description
Call centre operator N'Allo announced that it is to cut between 100 and 120 jobs in Gosselies and Brussels. The job cuts are blamed on the loss of an important customer (VOO).
The decision was communicated at the Works Council where the 'Renault procedure' was launched. Trade unions are committed to reducing the number of layoffs during the forthcoming negotations.
