Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
OKIN BPO, a company specialized in business process outsourcing, is to hire 200 additional employees at its Ostrava delivery centre in 2014. The company is looking for university and secondary school graduates with good knowledge of foreign languages.
The job creation is due to a new contract with the multinational Verizon Enterprise Solutions, for which OKIN had already expanded its delivery centre in Ostrava in 2013, creating 300 jobs.
