Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Austrian outsourcing service provider Competence Call Center (CCC) announced the creation of 200 jobs at its new unit in Gdańsk. Based in the Olivia Business Centre, the new call center will be operational from March 2014.
CCC was founded in 1998 in Austria. Currently, the company provides outsourcing services in 28 languages and it employs more than 4,500 people in 12 units in 8 countries (Austria, France, Germany, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland, Turkey).
