Description
Coach manufacturer Carrier is bankrupt and will make all of its 183 employees redundant. The company’s liquidation was approved by commercial court of Alençon.
The company was placed in receivership on 4 November 2013 but failed to find a buyer until January 2014. According the management, the company has lost EUR 7 million in the past two last years with a turnover of about EUR 21 million.
The company’s production reached about 350 to 400 coaches per year.
