Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Webhelp Romania, the national branch of French call centre service provider Webhelp, announced it will recruit 400 people through an online recruitment campaign in the first half of 2014.
As reported, the majority of the jobs will be located in the Bucharest site and the company already employs approximately 1,000 people across Romania.
As announced, the roles available are for consultants, back office advisers, customer advisers, sales assistants, customer services relationship assistants and digital writers.
According to the sources, the average salary for an employee at the call centre is €200 - 300 per month.
