Description

Munich-based manufacturer of air craft turbines MTU Maintenance is to cut up to 130 jobs at Ludwigsfelde (Brandenburg).

According to management, the measure is due to a declining number of orders. The Metal Workers Union IG Metall claimed that the cuts result from mismanagement.

In 2011, the company had announced to create 131 jobs at Ludwigsfelde.
