European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Fujifilm Médical announced a social plan envisaging 53 job cuts in France. In addition the company has announced plans to transfer 31 employees from Montigny-le-Bretonneux to Asnières. As announced, the cost saving restructuring is necessary for the viability of the company due to big financial losses in 2012.
