Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Retailer Marks & Spencer is to create between 100 and 150 jobs for software engineers as it seeks to expand its in-house technology expertise. The recruitment has started already.
The initiative is to reduce the company’s dependence on external contractors to manage its IT section.
