European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Furniture manufacturer Sakuona intends to create 270 new jobs in Klaipeda region in 2014. Sakuona has signed a contract with IKEA, according to which it will produce chairs for the furniture retailer.
The investments in the equipment will total LTL 17 million (EUR 5 million) and the production of chairs will start in 2014.
