European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Bookshop chain Polare is to cut 54 FTE jobs. As announced, the restructuring affecting 75 employees, is due to the poor market and follows the recent merger of Selexyz and De Slegte that constituted the new company Polare. The timeline for the restructuring is not yet available.
