Description

Orange Poland (former TP – Polish Telecom) announced a voluntary redundancy plan affecting up to 1,150 people in 2014. As reported, the plan is based on a bilateral agreement between the group and the trade unions envisaging up to 2,950 voluntary redundancies till 2015 due to the poor market and high competition.

According to the sources, the plan refers to those employees with more than 10 years tenure and envisages the use of severance pay.
