Solar company Conergy SolarModule will be acquired by Chinese Astronergy with a loss of 80 jobs in Frankfurt (Oder).
Talks with worker representatives have been announced.
The company is a subsidiary of German Conergy group that had filed for insolvency in October 2013. This previous measure was announced to result in 140 job cuts.
