Description
Deutsche Bank is to triple its workforce in Ireland, with the announcement of 700 new jobs in Dublin.
As reported, Deutsche Bank, which offers financial services and technical support to commercial banks, is to create 700 new positions, mainly in back office financial and technological support roles. The bank has signed a new lease at Eastpoint Business Park for a 100,000 sq ft office space.
A senior management figure at the Bank, Neilus de Groot, said the main decision to expand in Ireland was the availability of skilled labour.
The job announcement was wellcomed by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise & Innovation and the IDA.
According to the sources the job expansion will take place in the next 3 years.
