European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Star Assembly, part of the Daimler group and manufacturer of parts and accessories for motor vehicles, announced the creation of 510 new jobs, resulting from an investment of 238 million euros in a new production capacity of car transmission systems, located at Sebes (Alba county, Centre region).
The Ministry of Public Finance announced the approval of the state aid for the company with a value of 37.4 million euros.
