Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Israel-based Teva Pharmaceutical Industries group is to cut 5,000 jobs worldwide by the end of 2014.
As announced, in December 2013 there will be specific details on where the cost-cutting measures will take place. Currently, the company operates in about 60 countries.
