Description
Stampen Media group, the owner of several Swedish newspapers, is to cut 400 jobs until the end of the year.
The measure is part of a plan to make the operations work more efficiently and to balance the impact of declining revenues for printed newspapers.
The company’s saving plan also includes other measures as the cutting down on the volume of printed newspapers. More job cuts were announced for 2014.
Stampen Media employs about 4,000 staff in Sweden.
