Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
On 12 September 2013, the German producer of aviation engines MTU Aero Engines announced its plans to create 250 new jobs at the factory in Jasionka near Rzeszów by September 2014. The company is looking for 40 highly qualified engineers and 210 machine operators. The company is to develop the factory investing 40 mln EUR.
The company has been operating in Poland since 2009 and currently employs 513 people.
