Manufacturer of aluminium heat-exchanger strip for the heat exchanger industries, Sapa Heat Transfer, subisidiary of Sapa group, is to cut 65 jobs at its plant in Finspang, Sweden. As announced, in a bid to improve profitability, the restructuring is due to diminished demand from the automotive industry.
Negotiations with the unions have been initiated but as of August 2013, the timeline for the job reduction plans is not yet available.
