Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

295 employees of Termica Suceava, provider of thermal energy, will be dismissed by the end of 2013.
This measure is part of a restructuring programme approved in May 2013 by Suceava County Council.
The restructuring measure was supposed to be implemented in May 2013 but has been later postponed to the end of 2013.
The company currently employs 569 workers.
