Biella Kimle announced the mass dismissal of 100 employees in Hungary; 88 of them will be asked to leave the company on 5 August 2013. The swiss-owned Biella Kimle employs 130 people in the western village Kimle.
The company has been operating there for 21 years. The closure is likely to be due to the loss in market demand, further details have not been published yet.
