Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Budapest-based company Kézmű LTD announced plans to recruits 100 people in Komló. This recruitment process will take immediate effect and will target disabled or partially disabled people and in a part-time employment form for most.
This decision is a consequence of the growing numbers of orders for confectioned products and home textiles as well as improving business results.
Kézmű Ltd has 96 sites and employs 4500 employees in total, ¾ of the employees being disabled.
