European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
South Korean Mobis Slovakia Company in Zilina, which produces components for the automotive industry, expands its production and will create 189 new jobs within the end of 2013. The Company will invest more than € 46 million to launch the production of new electronic steering boosters and break systems for nearby Kia Slovakia Company and Hyundai Company in the Czech Republic. The Company will receive a state aid of about € 5.7 million in the form of reduced income taxes in 2014-2016.
