European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
East Slovakian Machine Works - VSS Foundry Company in Kosice will be closed causing 100 job losses. The Company, which produced different metal products, is long-term in debt. To protect the Company from creditors, the management decided to announce the bankruptcy.
