Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Romanian producer of bearings Rulmenti Barlad, member of Turkish group Kombassan, is to cut 250 jobs. The restructuring is to take place by mid-May 2013 in response to the negative economic climate and reduced orders. The company employed a total of 2,300 people at the start of 2013.
