Restructuring events
European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 24 April 2013, the restaurant and bakery company Groupe Le Duff announced to recruit 1,000 employees in France in 2013. The group has achieved 1.5 billion euro turnover in 2013 in France (70% out of its turnover results come from its retail activities and 30% from the manufacturing ones). According to its corporate website, the group employed 14,100 people by the end of 2012. The recruitments will be carried out in its restaurants "Brioche dorée" (400) and "Del Arte" (400), and its manufacturing activities (70 in 2013 and 150 by 2014 for new units under construction).
