On April the 3rd 2013, the Commercial Court of La Roche-sur-Yon (Vendée) has decided on the liquidation of the French furniture manufacturer Forège (Treize Septiers). The company had accumulated a debt of 3 million euros despite 2 social plans in 2007 and 2009. A delay of one month was given to Forège to a buyer. The court refused the single offer of a potential buyer and decided the liquidation of the company on the 6th of May. Forège ceased its operations on the 13th of May and all 135 employees were dismissed.
