Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

German automotive supplier HP Pelzer will cut 103 jobs in Neutraubling (Bavaria). This is reported to be due to a shortage of subsequent orders. HP Pelzer suffers from weak sales in the automotive industry. Currently, the company employs 153 people in Neutraubling, 20 of them on the basis of fixed-term contracts.
