Description
The fast-food franchise McDonalds announced plans to create 200 new jobs. The job creation mostly refers to the opening of two new sites in Malta later this year, with one of these commencing its operations in May.
The company announced that the new recruitment is linked to the increased workload it faces during the busy summer months as well as for the imminent expansion. The company did not elaborate how many of these jobs would be seasonal.
The company employs 550 full and part-time employees, increasing its workforce to 700 people during the summer months.
