European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On the 27th March 2013, Accor, the French hotel chain has announced a voluntary departure plan that will affect 117 employees (out of 1117). These cuts are part of a 100 million euros cost saving plan, following the 2012 losses of 599 million euros, and will primarily affect the company’s headquarters.
