European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 31 January 2013, water transport company Brittany Ferries has announced to create 100 jobs in 2013. The expansion is due to the opening of a new line between Le Havre (France) and Portsmouth (UK) and a doubling of its freight transport between England and the Spanish ports of Santander and Bilbao.
Moreover, the management has concluded a collective agreement on the working time of seafarers and administrative staff.
