European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Slovak Sitno Holding is to create about 300 new jobs at its factory in Kremnicke Bane.
The business expansion is attributed to a new contract with a Czech Gun Factory in Uherský Brod. The factory in Kremnické Bane will produce hand-guns and some components of other weapons produced by the Czech Company, which is selling them world-wide in 85 countries.
