European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Communications company Sattelco Communications has announced the creation of 150 jobs. The UK-based organization unveiled proposals to open a call centre at Achill Island, a remote part of County Mayo in the West of Ireland. It is understood the company has already commenced a recruitment drive. Further, the company envisages eventually expanding its operations to recruit more than the original target of 150.
Sattelco entered the market as a new communications provider in 2012 with the aim of challenging existing competition in the telecoms and broadcasting industry in the UK and Ireland.
