Description

As announced in December 2012, Swiss bank Credit Suisse will cut 150 jobs in Germany. This is reported to be due to an organizational reorientation.

In total, Credit Suisse employs 500 people in Germany at 12 branches. The branches in Bielefeld (North Rhine-Westphalia), Braunschweig (Lower Saxony) and either Cologne or Dusseldorf (North Rhine-Westphalia) will be closed. Credit Suisse aims to focus its business on wealth management for affluent customers.
