European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
EBS group, provider of integrated software solutions, announced the intention to create 150 jobs in 2013.
This is a result of the company’s growth in both domestic and overseas sales, which has resulted in an increase by 43% on last year’s turnover.
At the moment, the company employs over 500 people in Romania. EBS Romania provides IT outsourcing and develops on-demand software applications.
