Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The French multinational Armatis will open a new contact center in Porto, which will create 200 new jobs in February 2013. The vacancies range from customer support representatives to training director.
Armatis was created in 1989 and specializes in Distance Customer Service, CRM solutions and support marketing techniques. The company operates in France, Poland and Tunisia.
