European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Provider of technical services Imtech announced that it will cut 900 jobs in the Benelux countries and Spain. It is reported that jobs will be cut in the Marine division.
Background is structural problems in the regions mentioned, and a temporary loss of turnover in the Marine division. A timeline for the restructuring has yet to be announced.
