Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
In October 2012 Jász-Plasztik completed its new investment in the expanded site in Jászberény, where 200 new jobs are created. The investment of HUF 4.43 billion (EUR 15.8 million) has been realised with a support of HUF 1.2 billion (EUR 4.3 million) of the New Széchenyi Plan budget.
The company announced at the same time their intention of creating further 50 jobs in the very near future with state subventions, however, the announcement did not contain any recruitment deadlines or further details.
Jász-Plasztik has been dealing with plastic processing, tool making and production of batteries for 17 years. With the new investment the company modernised the technologies used at the site, increased its capacity and the variety of products.
