Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Metaldyne, a U.S. designer and supplier of metal-formed components, creates 100 new jobs with the opening a new plant near the city of Brno on 22th September 2012.
The new business investment of CZK100 million focuses on components for engines, transmissions and drivetrain vehicles. The number of employees is expected to double in the near future. Metaldyne employs globally more than 4,000 people at 25 facilities in 13 countries.
