Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
On 21 September 2012, the group Roullier (6000 employees worldwide), specialized in plant, animal and human nutrition, announced its intention to recruit 600 employees on permanent employment contracts in the framework of a worldwide recruitment campaign. 120 people will be recruited in France. The group wants to hire sales engineers specialized in agronomy.
