Description

On 5 September 2012, TRW Automotive opened its sixth factory in Poland, in Bielsko-Biała and hired 100 people. The company announced plans to create in total 700 jobs there.

American-based company TRW Automotive is a global supplier of automotive systems, modules and other components. The company has over 200 facilities in 26 countries and employs over 70,000 people.

TRW Automotive has six factories in Poland in Czechowice-Dziedzice, Częstochowa, Gliwice, Bielsko-Biała (all of these facilities are located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone) and Pruszków near Warsaw.

The timeline for the recruitment for the new plant in Bielsko-Biała is yet to be announced.
