On 20 August 2012, British services company Serco announced plans to create 450 jobs in its unit in Kraków. The company develops its activities in Poland (it has recently signed the three-year contract with airline operator easyJet).
Małgorzata Raniszewska, HR manager of Serco, said the company is looking for people with foreign language skills, especially French, Spanish, German and Italian.
Serco operates in 30 countries and employs over 100,000 people. The unit in Kraków provides services to clients in the travel industry.
