Description
American-owned Tenneco, manufacturer of automotive exhaust systems, has announced that its plant in Vittaryd will be closed and all of its 122 employees will be dismissed. The decision is reported to be due to the current situation on the European market.
The production will be moved from Vittaryd to the company's other units in France, Spain and Poland.
The closure is planned to be completed by the end of September 2013.
