Bosch Thermoteknik, manufacturer of water source and geothermal heat pumps, has announced that it is to cut 48 blue collar-workers in Tranås. The reason for the decision is a decline in demand. The downsizing measure is the second one implemented this year, in March 25 employees were dismissed.
The company has approximately 450 employees in Tranås meaning 10 percent of the workforce is affected by the downsizing. As of September 2012 it is not yet known when the job cuts will be implemented.
