European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Bitzer, German manufacturer of refrigerant compressors, has announced to create 80 new jobs at its site in Ergenzingen over the next three years. The planned job creation is part of the company's spatial expansion of production and warehouse space.
Bitzer employs 3,000 people worldwide of which 500 are employed at the site in Ergenzingen. Employment figures in Ergenzingen have almost doubled between 2003 and 2012.
