Claf, a company offering employment services, has been taken over by C3 Consultant. This will lead to 350 job losses.
Claf had been liquidated earlier this year. The Commercial court has now approved a take-over plan by C3 Consultant (380 employees). C3's take-over will safeguard 250 jobs.
Claf offers employment services as a private subcontractor for public job centres. The company is specialized in counselling, matching, training and activation measures for the unemployed.
