European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 22 August 2012 Chanticleer Holdings Europe has announced the opening of its first Hungarian restaurant and the intention to hire 110 employees. It has started the hiring process, and has already chosen 50 waitresses.
The American Chanticleer Group has acquired Hooters restaurants last year and started the expansion of its business in Hungary. The company's regional headquarters are to be located in Budapest.
