Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

The enterprise Acciona Infraestructuras, specialized in civil engineering, will apply for a redundancy procedure affecting 200 employees. In addition, the company will apply for a temporary dismissal procedure affecting 600 employees. It is reported that these measures are supported by 80% of the staff.
The restructuring is blamed on the drop of construction activity in Spain.
