Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

In the beginning of July, the commercial court of Bobigny agreed on a take-over plan of the industrial bread manufacturer Panotel and the dismissal of 113 employees.
Some workers had proposed to take over the company and to create a cooperative that would save 81 jobs. But the court accepted the take-over offer by Patrick Chassagne, the owner of Grande Boulangerie de Paris. His plan entails to safeguard 32 jobs and dismiss all other employees.
